So we are back again. Cell C has been making a habit of being sly, doing people in and *****ing. This month my account was debited twice. On the 20th of June and Today. My debit date is the 1st of every month, yet it seems they can just deduct money when they feel like it. Not only that but lately the amount went up from 717.99 to a suare 718, i have a fixed contract which will mean that they are indeed *****ing whether it is 1c or R100. It stays wrong. No money had been refunded either

03 Jul 2021, 08:24Ok so just to clarify - my account was, debited on the 2nd of June 2021 as per usual R717. 99 then debited again on the 20th of June 2021 for R718 and now today the 3rd of July for a, further R718. This is ********** and cell c is in Contract breach. I will be going to the bank today and continuing my phone debate with cellc their not so helpful staff.
