CellC SP - Running the no service gauntlet

Aaand we just return back to square one. After promises by CellC SP to sort out the account, I just again get transferred from one department to the other. CellC SP are in Fundimental Breach of Contract, but the so called "Legal Department" just refuses to make any effort to resolve a 25month old case. Absolutely pathetic. No wonder the public hangs up banners and resort to social media to vent their frustration as there is just ZERO service delivery from CellC SP (should change the name to NSP - No Service Provider)
