Cellc Smart Data not working in West Coast

We bought two smart data packages at a mall in the West Coast. After a while we realised that we never have data signal anymore. I phoned cell C customer care twice. First time they said a technical person will call me back, never happened. Next time the person said they are aware the smart data packages does not work, I must go to my nearest cellc dealer for a new sim and get a new package. The person at the shop said that he would not advise me on getting a new package because I will have to pay for the new and the old package then! So now he advises me to wait until the end of the month, maybe Smart data will be working then at the West Coast. So, I am currently paying for data of which I have no use.
