Cellc slow service customer care agents don't know what they doing

I have lodge a complaint regarding 15 gig data that has been finished in a short span of 7 days o queried with cellc they had escalated the matter when contacted them yesterday afternoon the lady said she would email me the report within 10 minutes as she had a problem with her system still no outcome since Thursday when o escalated the matter apparently it was 2 working days still haven't got the report yet
