cellc simswap for MR Y NAIDOO

hi my name is MR Y NAIDOO , On the 28th November 2022 my house was broken into while we was asleep and and stole all our phones from the house when we woke up we found all our phones ****** and our sliding door window was broken . i went to my wife and my kids went to cellc in the phoenix plaza in durban to do a simswap and the lady consultant only gave us a form to fill she did not explain nothing , she also asked for five numbers that we call everyday we dont call people everyday we dont have a lot of money to call people everyday i am very upset by the way the cellc consultants behaved and my problem is still not sorted i need to do a simswap has that number that was ****** is important and i need that number please help
