Cellc sim swap a mission

I lost my sim card and want to do a sim swap. Upon going up and down trying to get the 5 last dialed numbers that I can't even crack, I was told that my number was Rica with someones else`s name. Another cellc call center advised that I have done an affidavit to submit to any cellc branch for my details to be updated on the number, which I did but when I arrived at Mall of Africa cellc with the documents advised I have turned away like a dog.

This is very frustrating to me because it is now 3 days of pure up and down dealing with rude people at cell c branches who are very good at turning people away and telling me I should rather get another number which I can't afford because I have been using the same number for over 16 years.

Can someone please contact me and assist me in changing the Rica name back to my name and assist me with doing a sim swap in an easier way because your security questions are very difficult to crack?
