Cellc sim swap
Hi, I recently visited cellc store to do sim swap as I lost my phone with sim card but I was unable to. I was told I have to bring 5 people I recently called or they called me but I couldn't remember those people as I was hospitalised for some time after I lost my cellphone. So cellc sucks, right now I don't know what to do as I need that sim card. I had ported that sim card from vodacom since 2008 to cellc, i will be making 10 years with that sim card on cellc network by December. To compare I went to Telkom to do the same sim swap Telkom sim card I lost with that phone, Telkom heled me without any hassle and for free of charge. Telkom your the boss.

We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience. A security check is mandatory, you can visit your nearest Cell C store, bring along your proof of address and identity document. If the SIM card is not RICA registered under your name, you will need an affidavit.
