cellc sim swap

Hi cellc last week ive called regarding sim swap but its seems like none of you guys is interested on helping me. i got an upgrade from my old phone to new phone that require nano sim not micro so i decide to call cellc using my old number ********** 629 and the lady who answer my call she keep on asking me stupid questions while she see im using same number that i need to do sim swap. from now on i hate cellc i regret the step i made by importing my numbers to you guys i was hoping if you can do better but to me you all useless
