CellC signal in North West is USELESS

CellC signal in North West is useless... I have a cellc data contract when I looked up the signal for North West were I live it showed there is 3G signal and know that I have the contract there is no signal, the website **** and know I have a contract for 2 years and I hardly can use it. CellC pride themselves with all there products but I truly think in is only and add gimmick to sell to people the product and leave them hanning

Only reply I got was an email saying try to call but no answer. I don’t have signal that is why there is no answer. But no reply on how they are going to fix the problem
