CellC should do better for their customers

I bought airtime with my banking app, I have never had a problem with this before. My money was debited, but the airtime was not loaded. I called CellC and they tell me they can't find the transaction. I call my bank and they tell me the money was debited and gave me the references and all the information. I go back to CellC, where they tell me to wait 24 hours, maybe it's still on the way. 24 hours later, and still nothing. Now they are telling me to go to a CellC shop with my bank statement. I wouldn't use my app if I had the time and energy to physically go and buy airtime.

I am so disappointed
