CELLC Services Suck!!!!!

I have been a client of Cell C for nearly ten years now. I have a contract with them paying a set amount every month.<br> <br> Yesterday my services was suspended becuase of an outstanding amount. <br> <br> When I phoned then this moning I was advised my acount is in arrears with R39.00.<br> <br> I enquired into this and was told there was a price increase in February already. I have been paying the same amount since I entered into the contract . Th contract is not even a year old. I am on control chat<br> <br> How can my contract fees increase?<br> <br> When I asked for a copy of my contact I was sent from pillar to post and told to go into a store.<br> <br> I feel prejujiced by CellC for not signing a debit order form. I get sms messages from them every month advising my servcies will be suspended if they dont receive payment on the 1st of every month.<br> <br> The overall service of CellC is poor. When I visited one of the stores a week ago I was advised by an employee that the contract buy out deal is not all it seems. <br> <br> I am extremely dissapointed by the servcies receievd and by the way my account is ebing dealt with. I will be reviewing a copy of my contract and seek further legal advice
