cellc service terrible

Sick and tired of the reception quality of cellc I mean what's the sense of paying for service you not getting how does that or work ? Now who is responsible now that I have no reception and can't carry on with my work ? I mean I call them they do this this and that and what do you know I'm still having the same problem ??
