Cellc service is a disgrace

My contract sim card is damaged. I've been trying for hours and 12 calls later to get through to the Contracts Department to do a sim swap but the consultant either drops the call or transfers me to a department where one one answers. The service is beyond pathetic and the agents are extremely rude. I've been a loyal customer for over 12 years and will not be renewing my Contract. Cellc don't even deserve a star.
