CellC service at its usual low level…
Have you ever tried to do a sim swap with Cell C on an account you pay every month..?
Firstly you have to verify your account, I get that, the usual nonsense questions…
But then, a bunch of random questions that if you get it wrong you have to call back in 5 mins - come on, I can’t remember what colour underpants I was wearing on the 5th September 2016… seriously!
Surely there’s a more efficient way to process a customer request..?!?!
