In May I logged a complaint against cell c. Where I wanted to upgrade but their upgrade department did not want to. They advised that I still owe them R656. 12...after showing them bank statement and proof of payment... The customer service representative agreed that I don't owe anything. On Friday I called in and asked to be assisted with an upgrade, the lady named lerato mentioned that if I pay this money in... I can do an upgrade. I paid R656. 12 and my account for this month and I was told be two consultant that I cannot upgrade. Yet my account is in credit of 656.12.

Is this service where I still paid funds that wasn't necessary
