Cellc selling its customers
Cellc refusing to make Sim swap for a granny and they say the number belongs to another network which they can't disclose. We tried all channels and my mother can't communicate to her friends. If this can't be resolved I will also port my number from cellc... My number is ***

Cell C is not refusing to assist your granny with a SIM swap. The contact number you have provided does not show on the system.
As per RICA legislation we can only assist with a SIM swap if the number is in the customers name and was actively used by the customer.
The customer also needs to pass the mandatory security check before we can action the SIM swap.
