CellC sales very bad
<p>After trying to get an additional contract as my phone got damaged, i app**** for the iphone 5s online, they contacted me to confirm some details. 5days later I phoned and asked what the status was, whereby the agent informed me the phone is discontinued and they will have to cancel the application and re-apply(this takes 2 days) and then someone will phone me back - Why did i have to follow up, why didn't they mention this when i app****. Waited 3 days and I phoned them back whereby i was informed that they do have stock of the iphone 5s. I was stumped. I asked what the price is for the iphone 6s, i was informed the cheapest was R700p/m, i've asked how Telkom has the device available for R469? The lady didn't know what was going on, and I asked her to get a price and phone me back. It's 3days again and still waiting for a phone call.</p>
When they mentioned that they do have stock of the iphone 5s, The lady couldn't even find my initial application. How is this possible as they phoned me after applying online

Wow Cell C, even after responding and informing me that i will get a call during the course of the day, guess what... Nothing! Keep up the excellent terrible service and false promises, unless youd expect me to answer a call after 10PM

ahhhh now i understand why the sales department doesnt phone back. Making the same false promises as HQ. The worst service i have ever experienced in my life! Another day and nobody contacted me. Your customer service is pathetic
