CellC *****S!!! ABSULUTE NO!!!!

I cancelled both my CellC contracts last year at the end of February 2023, CellC made a mistake and only cancelled one of the two contracts and they changed the second contract to a different package deal that I did not give them permission to do. I contacted them and requested for the second contract to be cancelled as requested. It has been a struggle with CellC for more than a year and the second contract was eventually canceled.

When I phone CellC to sort the matter out they say that they can not help me but will get back to me, it's been a year! Service is extremely poor! CellC could not resolve the issue and handed me over to debt collectors, yet the mistake was from CellC's side.
