CellC robs you after contracts end

Again CellC hs gone forward to try take money off me, well they did, after my contract expired. In December when trying to cancel one of their many *********** call agents told me I can cancel end December but my contract ended 5 of January. I queried that and due to that I landed up cancelling as soon as possible. 17th December I cancelled thus making January my last payment o, or so I thought. Just last month saw a R325 deduction from my account. When my contract had ended. I queried it they said they tried calling me , but again as *********** as CellC staff are they also lack comprehension with email content. As numerous emails I have told them do not call me before 15:30 or 16:00 as I am teaching or coaching. As you see they phone me between 13:30 and 14:30 while I am in class not able to answer. They phone once and never again. Either they lack reading s**** or they just being spiteful. I was told by an agent that my January usage would be billed in January with December usage, That was the plan but as with CellC they only lie and deceive people. I do not understand how being in a WIFI zone almost all November and December I get such high bills. As I also noticed since moving to prepaid my data last longer, 1gb is lasting close to 2 weeks. On contract withing 14 days all my limits were reached and my data was nearly done . HMMMM.... seems a little suspect. Also I signed up for one amount on my contract landed up paying more as more and more andm more ******* was added. I am off CellC but still paying .

I do not care what you do I want my money back that was deducted. It is not my fault the people who work the phones do not know their content. Please make sure I get my money back as I was promised January would be my last payment as January usage would be worked into my bill end of January . Give back my money it is not my fault your employees do not know what they doing. You cant end a contract then still deduct money that doesnt work that way. I don't think it sounds very legal either.
