Cellc robbing my money

I have a contract with cell and it was a special of two phones at R399..

Now I am using one phone and it was not charging so I had to return it back..

This was a month ago now I am paying an amount of 2 phones whereas am using one phone.

No calls from cellc about the outcome

I am not sure about the job number but what I know is that I am going to pay for the second month without the phone..

Check on your records,I returned the phone after 6 days faulty and it happened 3 days after..
