CellC Ripping me off

I would like to inform anyone who want to have a CellC Contract to take their business somewhere. Mainly because they do not provide feedback to clients. I would not recommend them to any none. I paid an amount of R2133.00 and asked if I can Cancel my contact and CellC is sending me from pillar to post. I asked them a simple question why must I wait for my contract to be cancelled when I'm on month to month and why must I pay R312 when I paid off my account prior to the debit order date and called on the 29th. Spoke to Babalwa who said her team leader will call me until today today no reply. So I called in today and the guy that assisted me said Bongiwe ***) tried calling me and I didnt receive a response. I feel cellC is ripping me off and its unfair and them not getting back to me shows that they exploit client. I need this cancelled ASAP
