cellc ripping me off

<p>I am very disgusted with how cell c treat their customer I have been a loyal customer with cell c for more than 5 years and I took a contract with them I was paying 169 for the contract and in February 2016 I called in requesting a settlement amount and they said it's 978 I paid it in full and called them to cancel and I was told it's called in march I was debit 978 I called them and asked what it is for and I was told it's an error and that it will never occur again and in april they debit 978 again I logged a complaint and skhumbuso ndlovhu contacted me and assured me that it will never happen again, my car has just been written off I'm trying to apply for finance for a new car and I'm told that I have a cell account which is in arrears for 978, I'm deeply hurt as the only mistake I made was to settle the account early I pulled out 3 credit report and it shows that I have an open account with cellc from the 01/04/2016 and it's in arreas I want cell c to fix this as a matter of urgency and update on it and stop debiting my account I'm going to take this matter with computer protection and Sue them for credit damage</p>
