I am so disappointed in Cell C's service. My mom ordered an iPhone 13 over a month ago and there is still no sign of delivery. The frustrating part is them accepting orders but they there is no stock.
Mom urgently need her phone for work! A month's delay is crazy!!

Due to the increase in the use of technology, there is a rise in demand for components and chipsets that go into manufacturing electronic devices and goods. As a result, Cell C, like other network operators, has been experiencing a challenge with the availability of devices through its partnerships hence the delay in delivery of the devices to customers. It is not certain at this stage when the shortages will improve, however, we are in constant communication with our suppliers to monitor the situation and secure stock as becomes available
