Cellc retensions

I logged a call for Retensions department about 6 weeks ago ans still did not heard anything back. Now I have lost me reference number and don't want to call again, because evertime I call they transfer you to about 7 people and then still don't get a answer. I asked for the 3rd time to give me proofe of payment of the payment that was done from CellC to vodacom when they bought me out of my vodacom contract about 3 years ago. My number ********** 367. Please help this is all I need, is that proofe of payment from cellc to vodacom.
