CellC repari center damaged phone & refuse to fix

I checked phone in because LCD panel (not the glass) was broken.<br> I refused to pay for it to be fixed for R2300 as I was told this was not under warranty and the phone was damaged on the outside.<br> When I went to collect the phone at the branch it was damaged on the outside with a chip missing on the side and dents in the bottom corner. I have full correspondence from the branch and the proof on those documents that the phone was in mint condition with no external damage on the outside when I checked the phone it at the branch. The external damage was done by the repair center.<br> After months of constant following up and having to chase to what was happening my phone ended up at the branch still damaged.<br> CellC damaged the exterior of the phone and must repair it at their expense.<br> <br> I have full documentation and correspondence available on request.
