Cellc repairs

I have sent my Sony z3 compact back to cellc to have it repaired, saying the Wi-Fi . Bluetooth and battery needs to be fixed. The cell phone had a cracked screen but was still in working order. I asked for the cell phone's Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and battery to be sorted out. I got a quote of over R3000 which has to be paid over two months. I agreed to the payment. A month later I received the phone back with the screen and cover redone which I never asked for. I checked the phone and the new android has been installed but the main problem was not fixed. I sent the phone back straight away.
