Cellc repair gives pathetic service

I recently sent in my Oppo A74 5G which is 5 months old for repairs as the screen was not working. I have not received any quote telling me that I need to PAY R9995 for the repairs and that the damage was inflicted by me. This is NOT true as i have not damaged my phone. This is PATHETIC service from cellc and this amount to repair is much more than buying a new phone. How is this possible ?? Why should i accept this? This is not the first time which i have received useless help from cellc. I have 4 contracts with them and i plan to terminate all of them.

Good day

I have received a call from cellc due to the review i have posted on Hellopeter and was told that he was going to investigate further and revert back to me. Up to date, i have not received any assistance to further escalate my issue. My phone is still at cellc repair centre, i have not received any feedback either, this is FRUSTRATING AND I WANT TO TERMINATE ALL 4 CONTRACTS WHICH I HAVE WITH CELLC.

There has been NO follow up on this. Its been more than a month im without a phone. How more pathetic can cellc get?

I was handed a quote by cellc after 2 months of no communication, telling me that i need to pay a ridiculous figure of R9957.51 when my phone was never even damaged. I need some sort of management intervention here !!!

I cannot afford to pay that amount and further to that i did not damage my phone. There was no cracks or anything on it. I told them i dont agree with the quote nor will i accept the phone back not repaired. This phone was only 5 months old and told by cellc store that its still under warranty. So what is this quote for ? Where do i get this money from???????????

How is it possible there was physical damage when my phone had no cracks or scratches ? How can a phone be physically damaged when it looks completely brand new?
