CellC refund service is like a tooth fairy, you hear about it but can't see it

2017 I had a bundles contract with cell c for R99 but on my December statement I noticed that there was an additional cellphone contract taken. I reported the act of ***** with (Cell C) the second contract was blocked too late with the damaged already done as they debited on my bank account. After the investigation was completed instead of reversing the amount back to my bank account they reversed it into my cellC account and told me I can use it for bundles or any cellc product.

I have been fighting for the amount to be reserved into my bank account until today still no luck, whenever I call the legal department nobody picks up the call.
