CellC Refund

I cancelled a contract with CellC and my latest statement indicated that they owe me money. I phoned their call centre only to be given a number to their Legal Department. Its been weeks of me calling that number and it hasnt been working ever since. I then resorted to sending CellC an email, to this day they have not responded to me. The email was sent on the 21st of August. I have been trying to get hold of the Legal Team since th 11th of August. I am tired and need my refund.
