CellC RAM courier non delivery

on the 10th November I was contacted by cell c to upgrade my 2 contract everything was done telephonically and was told that the 2 phones would be delivered on Wednesday, I was not told that I would need to be present all they said is that I needed to provide them with a copy of my ID (which I left at home for them to collect) 11th November Ram came to my residence and refused to leave the phones, I call them and they said that I must take it up with cellc, I had previously advised cellc that I would not be available as I am on training. yesterday 16 November I finally receive a parcel, upon opening the parcel, there was only 1 phone, I called both RAM and CellC no one can help me, eventually the lady at cellc said that she put though the request again via email to RAM, today I still haven't received my phone, I called both of them again today no one can give me answers THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE PRESENTS FOR MY KIDS, I want my phone.
