CellC puts amputee's life at risk

<p>I had a response from Cell C about my complaint And the fact is this They only do debit orders on two days in the month. One on the 15th of the month and the other on the 31st or the last day of the month. Here comes the problem, my payment that I get happens at midnight of the last day of the month, therefore my pay reflects only on the first of every month so if they try a debit order it will be declined by the bank. If i leave money in my account for the fifteenth day of the month guaranteed some or other bank charge will leave no sufficient funds for the debit order. Remember I receive a Disability Grant from Government which is about R1500-00 per month and not nearly enough to survive on. A BIG COMPANY LIKE CELL C SURELY COULD BE A LITTLE FLEXIBLE IN GIVING A FEW MORE DAYS ON WHICH THEY CAN RECIEVE DEBIT ORDERS? SIES SIES SIES CELL C!!!!!. THEY JUST DO NOT WANT TO UNDERSTAND THE DILEMMER THEY PUT US IN.</p> <p>The lady who contacted me stating that I owe them two months payment which is a LIE. I have paid both November and December's instalments. Now to expose their lies. That I did not pay November why did they not cut my phone service???? Simple fact!!! I had paid. They are very fast in cutting people's phones if they don't get paid before the end of the month or by the first of the month. I had uninterrupted phone service over the entire November. I paid December instalment on the 5th of this month and my phone was cut off until tonight when suddenly it was reconnected. That the lady from Cell C fails to explain away.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell C WAKE UP, people are talking and for every bad comment spoken you lose customers. Your constantly dropping calls and poor signal which is cut off within buildings does not do any good to your reputation. I have many friends who were Cell C customers and because of poor service, they dropped Cell C like a bag of rotten Potatoes.</p> <p>I have the agreement which was submitted to Cell C which was then accepted by Cell C is Binding because for the months that I have been paying I had even before the due date you still had the audacity to cut my phone and put my life in DANGER. That you failed to address completely in our conversation.</p> <p>SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU BIG BULLY OF A COMPANY. PUTTING PROFIT BEFORE MONEY.</p> <p> </p>
