Cellc put me in ITC

<p>Last year 2015 I had taken a dual deal and cellc upgraded my contract ...the sales rep did not inform me of any outstanding fees.... then in Feb 2016 I upgraded again telephonically and there was no outstanding fee told to me by the sales rep. Few months down the line I was receiving calls from Blake and associates saying that I have an outstanding amount to be paid. So I then several times called cell c to enquire about this fee and on every call I was told that my account is up to date and there was no amount outstanding on my account. The lady then told me that it could be a **** call so I then decided to tell Blakes and associate that cellc said I do not have any fee outstanding and that cellc does not know anything about any fees pending on my account. Today the 19 of September 2016 I decided to check my credit score and to my surprise I found that cellc had written of a charge on my account whigh now put my credit into default from 919 to 617! I think this is unacceptable and I want cell c to sort this out and remove the fault of my credit report. I will also be taking this up with my lawyers.</p>
