Cellc preowned recycled numbers stil in usepreowners

Contact cellc. They RECYCLE NUMBERS PRE OWNED NUMBERS. I cannot get a new no cellc refuse. Preowner contacts me for pin and otp no for his old no, that I Am now using on my contract. Getting updates on his data usage and all his doing on old number. CELLC HAS NO PROBLEM WITH THIS VERY BLAZE. I had to take out the sim unsafe no. I now have to wait for 3 months for this preowned no to stop working....hopefully i will get another no. I have 14 months left on my contract of which I cannot now use data or minutes ,bothways due to unsafe no and sim takw out. Dont take a contract with cellc as they dont care that recycled old no will stil be in use with their preowners stuff linked to it. Dont trouble to go to cellc shop no help,correspondence dept useless aswel. My be icasa can help stop this practise.
