CELLC POOR SERVICE AND UNAVAILABLE

Courier service contacted me on short notice on Friday and Promised delivery on Monday due to me not being able to get to my home in time for him. Monday no delivery and today still no communication. I would rather cancel and move my business than deal with incompetence. I'm unable to get through to your agents to query or change the delivery address.
