CellC POOR SERVICE

I took out a Promo deal at Cell C .. I received it on the 03 August 2023, on the 24 August it was both returned with CellC’s own arrangements that Ram courier for collection of both devices (Apple IPhone 8 and Vivo-Y35) and taken back.

Today (1 year 9 months) later I am still being debited for the usage of products I returned almost immediately which I did not even use or open the devices for that matter. CellC blocked my “OWN” number due to be in areas for something I returned.This has cause a major inconvenience for me as my “OWN”number is connected to most of my personal affairs, etc my email account as I cannot receive my OTP pin to verify anything I do.

I made contact several time over the past 21 months and told them it was cancelled & returned, but this matter has not yet been resolved. Their service is pathetic as they constantly put me through to various departments over and over and over again. I was even told they will contact me if which they never did. I feel my hands is tied and don’t know how to solve this issue even after explaining the situation constantly to all their departments. How can I get them to re-instate my “OWN” number and clear my areas.
