CELLC poor service
I recently took a contract with CellC, my debit is on the 15th of every month. last month(15 April 2023) they did not debit and I had to do a direct deposit which was a late payment, now I wanted to know why this error occurred because the funds were sufficiently available and the account number was CORRECT. I am not given proper explanation I have been making calls from last month, Hlengiwe Mkhwa****(CellC consultant) gave me a poor service even hanged up on me. This missed payment was recorded on my credit score records. I'm a victim and I don't know why this is happening to me.

26 Apr 2023, 09:05Yes it's up to date because I had to do a direct deposit, but my credit score has been tempered since it's recorded under missed payment on April, which was clearly not my fault and there's nothing that you are doing to help me, yet it was a technical error on your side

You are not even giving me a proper reason why the debit order failed on the first place and I had to do a direct deposit? You are not even sympathetic on what happened and this has negatively affected my credit score.
