Cellc poor repair and C surance service

I am really not happy with Cellc New Park .. Its been close to 5months that we have been waiting for Cell c to fix my dads phones since it was insured by Cell C C surance .. He received an SMS telling him to come fetch the phones since it was fix ..but when he got ter .. The phones was still not repaird ..again and again the same issue.. Still till this day we are waiting for the phones..
