Cellc poor customer service

I don't recommend cellc for anyone they've treated me so badly. I took data contract sim card 2018 then 2020 it was expired then I phone then in a space of 3 times in a space of 3 months to to close my contract the they promised me to closed it but they kept on deducting then I wrote for hello Peter then they stopped and they admitted they were wrong then I reversed my money which was R3999.00 then they referred my name this year early September 2022 I phoned them for settlement latter, they sent me I paid them their R4000.00 and I sent them proof of payment. It been the whole month not clearing my name and it's really ruining my name I want to buy a car I can't because of cellc.
