CellC, please call me.

This review is in effort to get CellC to contact me regarding a "non-payment". I have been getting sms's stating that my account is unpaid, however on my statement I am all paid up. I have phoned the call centre numerous times, they also stated that my account is paid up. I get no response when emailing them either. The last sms threatened to hand over my account to XDS, a registered credit bureau. I have no problem to pay any outstanding amounts, but PLEASE, just tell me what I must pay, why, and to whom!
