Cellc ****ed me off

Sometime last month I cancelled my contract and asked them to make it prepared so I can buy my own airtime so they said my contract will end on the 15th of July so on the 15th I received an SMS saying my contact has been terminated after 2 minutes I received another SMS saying my insurance has been cancelled but I never cancelled the insurance I only cancelled the contract and on my insurance I have claimed for a new fine due to the theft of my previous one and I have to pay the excess fee this month so I don't know what to do the guy from cellc that I spoke to said due to I have cancelled my contract so it means the insurance will be cancelled as well but what makes me more angry is the fact that when I claim for insurance they will tell u c surance is another company I must do the follow ups by my self but when I cancel now the 2 company's work one thing when I cancel my contract I'm so ****ed off I want to know what must I do because the guy advised me to call the insurance and reapply for insurance I'm getting ****ed off I'll never use cellc again I need my phone and they tell me the insurance is cancelled by who
