Cellc Payment

Good morning, It's been months since I have been trying to pay a cellc contract. Cellc stores say that there is nothing on their systems as they are only a franchise. Customer service says that my number shows as prepaid so I should check with the debt collectors. The debt collectors say there is nothing on their system either. So nobody could assist me regarding payment for this account because nobody knew which account the money should be paid to.

This morning at 04.42 I received an sms. Which I have copied here;

Good day Kindly find Cell C banking details Account Name Account Number Cell C SP *** Bank Name Branch Code Nedbank 196005 REF Number *** Amount R690.99 Kind Regards Bongani Baloyi Cell C late recoveries 084135

I just want to find out if this is really cell's account number or if this is a ****? It's strange that all of a sudden cellc has an exact amount and all these details when it's not on their system at all. I tried calling the number back,which is *** and it said "this number does not exist." And the sms does not say who I should send proof of payment to. It does not state where I should get a paid up letter in order to clear my name, nothing.

Kindly assist me in this matter.
