Cellc- payment

On 2017/07/31 i paid my cellc account in full to cancel it it was R720 handset, R269 outstanding and R210 current month total R1200.00. the lady assisting me on the phone ask me must se cancel the account the end of that day i said yes...now it year later and they still trying to call me!!!!!!! why dont they just go listen to the recording for that day and stop trying to get in contact!!!!!!!!
