Cellc pathetic use of Select online to do their collections

I have been a loyal customer of cellc for more than 10 years. Last year due to covid i was unable to pay my contract as I was not working then retrenched. In August after receiving my severance pay I contacted cellc to settle what was outstanding on my account but after numerous emails and calls to cellc I was told that my account was handed over to legal internally and that I should wait to be contacted..... still waiting.... on the 16th of January I was sent an email by someone named Desmond from selectonline telling me please make urgent contact with the sender to avoid being black listed.... mind you he did not state the reason or on behalf of which company he was making contact on behalf.... his email was offensive and lacked professionalism.... an absolute idiot to be precise..... Cellc is this the type of company's you find to do you're collections when you are spending money paying a legal department internally who didn't bother to make contact with the customer before handing them over..... and handing me over because it's easier than them actually doing their jobs??? Further more, Desmond from Select online has the authority and ability to threaten your customers with blacklisting them???? I suggest someone from cellc contact me to resolve this as I will not deal with an ass like Desmond D.... a manager at select online....
