CELLC Pathetic Service Yet Again

Again - I really wish I could give ,less than one star on this platform. Once again CellC service is truly truly terrible. I have had ********** activity on my current bank account and so want to close it and open a new one. All my debit orders have been switched to the new account without a problem, except of course for CellC. They wanted me to keep the vulnerable account open JUST FOR THEM becuase they would not be able to change the details by the 30th of the month - it is now the 10th. EVERY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER HAS MADE THE SWITCH WITH NO ISSUES. Really pathetic yet again idiotic CELLC
