Cellc pathetic service

Good day Please assist me. I have been mistreated and abused by cellc for months. Cellc had not been debiting my account from September to December. When I was last called by the lady who works with the complains for cellc as cellc was supposed to debit my account and they did not. She **** to me and said she will credit the extra amount that was charged for non payment and she did not. She Said she will fix my credit record cause it's their fault they did not. Debit and that was also a lie. She said she will debit the account and that was also a lie. Cellc can't be trusted. Even December I was told how much I must pay and I paid that but still I'm told of fees charged and it was never credited. Cellc all departments can't do their jobs. I regret ever taking a contract with them they selfish company with no ability to even run a company. Constantly robbing clients frausters. Biggest *********
