Cellc Pathetic Service

Pathetic service yet again from cellc. I have cancelled an upgrade after the an agent called Nombula sold me an upgrade for 24 months and it turned out to be a 36 month contract. After phoning cancellations, they told me to not accept the package from the courier as the parcel is booked out on their system. It is 2 weeks later and I still do not have any feedback. Called customer care again today and then they tell me I do not pass the security checks. I am sick and tired of Cellc's pathetic service.l I want a manager to call me immediately!
