Cellc Pathetic service

I am absolutely frustrated and furious with Cellc, I am going nowhere but jm circles with your call center, they are absolutely useless and inefficient. I have reported my complaint 3 timez on Hellopeter and till date no proper assistance. It's over a month now that I am still my awaiting for my replacement device. On Tuesday a lady called she did the order everything she says il receive the phone in 3 to 5 days, today another guy calls sorry theres no stock, HOW THE HELL DO YOU GUYS WORK WHY DID THE 1ST CONSULTANT TELL ME IM RECEIVING THE PHONE. Please i needed ASSISTANCE ASAP, OTHERWISE I AM CANCELING THIS CONTRACT WITH CELLC AND I AM NEVER TAKING UP ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH YOU GUYS. I need the new device its been 1 month now, this is absolutely ridiculous.
