CellC owes me for penalty fees

Dec debit sms I chose No; even followed with a call, to reiterate, that were keeping on last day of the month payment. Behold Cell C debits my account early, I reversed & called again. Was told I better pay eft coz the'll be no other debit runs on the 31st. I paid it 2nd Jan. On 3rd Jan Cell debits my accnt. I reversed that debit order.

Now Cell C say I owe penalty fees. I say they owe me penalty fees for Dec early debit & for debiting the day after I paid them. Mind you I made it pay clear now, Nogal.

To this day it's a back & forth, they're not willing to pay up their end for delays caused in my bank account.
