CellC Overcharges for no reason - just to get some more money

I terminated my fibre account with Cell C because of a less than acceptable service level. I sent a termination notice on the 10/4/2021, expecting the contract to be terminated 30 days later as per the contract agreement. In effect, the contract was only terminated on 31/5/2021 and I was charged accordingly. Just to show you how cash strapped is Cell C. They will stop at nothing in their attempt to bring in a few more Rands to their broken company. DO NOT USE CELL C. They are DOOMED!!!
