CellC :: OUT OF BUNDLE USAGE : POOR HELPDESK SERVICE
After waiting for a week on CellC to respond to me about my Out of Bundle Charges query that I escalated 2 months ago someone from their customer service center phone me.
She immediately started with her defense and that I received SMS notifications that my data was low or spent. The more I tried explaining the more she spoke over me, I raised my voice she raised her voice and after some time of this going on she put me on hold. Don't know if she walked away or just took her headset off, so I was on hold for 16-20 minutes.
Afterwards she came back and I tried speaking with her but the line seemed "bad" and she couldn't "hear" me while she was spamming her on-hold button to make it seem that the line was having problems, she kept asking if I am there and I rep**** that I am on the line and the I know exactly what she was doing, trying to make up an excuse to get me off the line. Eventually she put the phone down, after which she might have thought was just the right amount of time to have spammed the on-hold button and put the phone down on me.
If you get someone to call me back, I suggest you get someone who can deal with disgruntled customers.
Phone Call Date : 22/05/2020 Phone Call Time : 16:51 PM You should be able to see my Phone number on my profile and use it to listen to the call log.
Now let me explain again why I feel cheated.
For some reason no one seems to understand what I am trying to explain to them, I was charged out of data bundle usage in between the time I ran out and purchased more data, this was after I received my notification that my data was running low.
Why when my data bundle runs out of data does it not stop data from being used? I didn't OPT in for a OUT OF DATA BUNDLE USAGE, nor did I get any SMS or Notification to let me know that I will be incurring OUT OF DATA BUNDLE USAGE.
Stop trying to say my account spend limit is the same as OUT OF DATA BUNDLE USAGE. I never was notified once that I am using OUT OF DATA BUNDLE. A notification that my data bundle is running low or has run out is not that same as a notification saying that I am using OUT OF DATA BUNDLE data. This is a service I should have an option to OPT in or OUT of.
I kept buying data bundles when my data ran out and I would have continued doing so, the problem wasn't spending money on the data bundles I purchased but that I was billed for OUT OF DATA BUNDLE USAGE without being notified. Why doesn't the service stop if my purchased data is used? Why don't I have an option to stop data being used once my Purchased data stops?
